Help -> Install New Software.  ïîëå "Work with" ââîäèì url èëè óêàçûâàåì ëîêàëüíûé ïóòü ê àðõèâó zip.  ñëó÷àå ñ àðõèâîì ìîæíî óáðàòü îïöèþ ïðîâåðêè îáíîâëåíèé - "Contact all update sites during install to find required software".
Ïîïðîáóé ñêà÷àòü àðõèâîì, è ïîñòàâèòü îôôëàéí.

Òàì òàíöû ñ áóáíîì íà÷èíàþòüñÿ ñ èñïîëüçîâàíèåì NDK, íà Java òàì íàñòðàèâàåòüñÿ â 2 êëèêà...
