An ISO file cannot boot on its own; it must be written to a bootable medium. The most effective way to deploy your newly created ISO is by flashing it onto a USB drive. Using Rufus to Flash the ISO:

The Microsoft ADK is not installed properly. Solution: Manually download the Windows ADK and WinPE add-on from Microsoft. Then, in Macrium’s Rescue Media Builder, point to the manually installed ADK path. macrium reflect iso bootable
Connect the external hard drive or network share containing your backup images ( .mrimg files). Inside Macrium Reflect, navigate to the tab.
Click and select your backup image.
